Référence : LN03011Créé en 1948, le CAS (Club de Automoviles Sport) a été et reste un acteur majeur des courses de voitures sport en Argentine, organisant notamment les 1000 kilomètres de Buenos Aires.
More than seventy five years have gone by since the CAS evolved from being an idea to becoming a reality. Along its successful path, the Club has marked milestones in local motorsport history. It was the first to concentrate the sports cars activity by providing it with a new space. Moreover, the CAS promoted and organized, together with the Argentine Automobile Club, the mythic Buenos Aires 1,000 km race.
As years went by, the CAS evolved, always keeping its goals alive: to race and to have fun among friends, either in speed races, endurance events, in the 1000 Millas Sport or just sitting and shooting the breeze every Monday evening.
If this book gets to portray part of that epic, the healthy madness and the spirit of the Club, our task has been achieved.
