The iconic car of the 1970s racing history, the Lotus 72, is continuing featured in the “Racing Pictorial Series by HIRO” Vol. 18.
In this volume is featuring the last three racing seasons of the six season that Lotus 72 had been fought.
The golden combination of Emerson Fittipaldi, the youngest defending champion, and the newly joined joint number one driver Ronnie Peterson, the most glorious season in the 1973 season.
With the failure of Type 76, the Type 72 re-entered the F1 in 1974 driven by “Sideways Ronnie” fought for the champion.
As the swan song for this iconic car started singing in the 1974 season, Ronnie still pushing the 72 to its limit, and won champions in several rounds.
The 72 ended its lifetime with running throughout the whole season, with Ronnie Peterson who is suffering from the lacking power 72.
